Heavenly Tours was established in 2002 by Antiguans. Jacqueline Ramsey Phoenix and Vaughn Sawyer. Other Partners are Yvonne MacMillan and Bradley Lewis.

The fact that you meet is Jacqueline Ramsey Phoenix because of her remarkable upbeat and positive attitude and her enthusiastic approach to every visitor she encounters. This rare gift makes her ideal to be the "face" that you meet in Antigua creating an enthusiastic approach in order to ensure a positive and memorable experience for all international and local guests Jacqui as she is often called have extensive experience learning the "Do's and Don'ts" of operating tours on Antigua.

Her experience includes the Siboney Beach Club, Sandals Antigua, National Tours & Services, TNT Vacations, GMC Travel & Tours, St James Club, and operating Heavenly Tours Art Gallery and Restaurant for the past 7 years. She graduated from the Caribbean Hospitality Training Institute, receiving a certificate of accomplishment (C. E. U. 's) and Martin Luther College in New Ulm Minnesota receiving a degree in youth and family guidance counseling, music, and art.

Vaughn Sawyer - General Manager of the company generates fresh ideas based on his international background growing up in the USA having attended school and college in Fort Lauderdale earning a degree in Engineering and Business Management. His experience includes working at Grand Royal Antigua Resort. St. James Club Antigua, Sandals Antigua Resort. He guarantees professionalism and the development of the business that will leave you with an unforgettable experience.
