This space can also enjoy cocktails or play lawn games if an interlude is planned between the ceremony and dinner.

For couples who would like a tent in case of Hawaiian showers, the lawn allows the space to cover ceremony chairs, cocktail or dinner tables, or a temporary dance floor. However, the design of the lanai and openness of the house allows for showers if a tent is not wanted.
